    The hotel deserves all the stars and accolades. They lived well up to there 4 star status and more. The room we were provided (we had been upgraded as well) was good sized, clean and had a sea facing balcony.

    The staff was courteous and polite. They accommodated the early check in request as well. Full marks for hospitality. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of the big smoke (aka London)

    Absolutely beautiful hotel. I have been several times however this was to nip in for a voucher. The receptionist made it a very personal experience.

    Food was poor for the cost nothing special. Staff where good.

    However the service charge goes to everyone from housekeeping to cleaners to your waiter/waitress. Kinda sneaky when some people don't even have a say in the meal as we where not staying over.

    Also when our plates where lifted there was a thick black mark left by my plate. Does make you think what else they miss cleaning see photo.
